How to Showcase Your Photo on the Chapter Website Homepage

The most exciting feature is the homepage image display. This will allow for member images to be displayed.  Below are the guidelines and proceedure for having your image displayed.

1. The ASMP Chicago/Midwest Chapter will accept images from General members (and above) who are in good standing (i.e., membership active and/or dues paid) that will be used on the Chapter website homepage.
2. The rights and ownership of these images will remain with their respective provider.
3. These images will only be used on the Chapter website in connection with the promotion of the local ASMP Chapter.
4. These images will remain on display for a minimum of six (6) months and no longer than one (1) year. Any member with an image in place may submit a replacement image at the end of image display time cycle. The goal is to refresh the look of the site on a regular basis. In the advent that there are not sufficient replacement images provided for the Chapter to use the (some or all of) images currently in place will remain as well as any new images provided.
5. The specifications for the home-page image is 620 pixels wide x 496 pixels tall, so any image provided must meet these dimensions. If you desire to display multiple images these should be combined or merged into a single image (file) that conforms to the aforementioned dimensions. The image file format should be a jpeg.
6. All images should be forwarded to webmaster@chimwasmp.org with "ASMP Chapter website image" in the message subject line."
